Express evaluations
Our clients manage teams of highly educated professionals, and chances are these teams already have someone trained in management and/or process implementation.
What they need is just a bit of help in seeing the bigger picture and prioritizing the next steps. That is why we offer express evaluations, where we focus on the quality of collaboration itself and provide a tailored roadmap after a brief, joint diagnostic. This approach helps managers uncover blind spots and provides clear guidance for improvement.
How?
Initial Meeting: We learn about your partnership or project.
Data collection assignment: Collect additional information or discuss key issues with your team.
Second Meeting: We present the roadmap, discussing potential restrictions, external factors, and challenges to implementation.
Our sessions can be conducted online or offline, individually or in groups.

Why?
Most challenges are the same across different inter-organizational partnerships: difficulty in specifying KPIs, aligning goals, establishing regular monitoring, making quick decisions when organizational managers are not involved, and so on.
Many challenges can be addressed by members themselves if they sit and talk (see some tips here). What collaborators really need is structured reflection: what should we look out for? What problems do other partnerships with the same structure and goals face?
Should you encounter particularly tough challenges, we're here to help. Learn more about our problem-solving process here.
What Do We Cover?
We addresses ten key aspects of any collaboration:
1. Goal alignment and KPIs.
2. Partnership structure and its alignment with your goals.
3. Distribution of roles and responsibilities.
4. Decision-making policies and procedures.
5. Monitoring & evaluation mechanisms.
6. Partners’ contributions and resource allocation.
7. Communication channels.
8. Systems of checks and balances.
9. Conflict resolution strategies.
10. Common tensions and conflicting needs.
What Do You Get?
At the end of our engagement, you'll receive a comprehensive roadmap outlining issues requiring your attention: existing challenges, potential risks, and conflict-prone issues that are better to be prevented now. We assign a priority to each of the issues, and give your additional information (links, academic publications, checklists, etc.) about how to get started with the three most pressing issues of your choice.
