"Research to Practice" is a network of specialists whose aim to help organizations, firms, and local governments to establish and manage partnerships in a horizontal, non-hierarchical way. We place great hope in "horizontal" collaboration but recognize its main challenge: the need to rethink the core ideas about managing work processes.

Our principles

  1. Evidence-based approach.

We base our work on the latest scientific findings in inter-organizational collaboration. By maintaining a database of case studies from both academic literature and practical experience, we avoid reinventing the wheel and instead rely on proven, science-based practices. You can see how it works in our free newsletter.

  2. Co-Creation.

When collaborating on solutions, we aim to have your team actively contribute potential solutions. This typically results in a range of recommendations, each with its pros and cons. We respect your unique insight into your situation, leaving the final decision to your team.

  3. Confidentiality

During our work, we share only aggregated, anonymous information that cannot be traced back to individuals or organizations. In other words, after our one-on-one discussions, no one, not even the network manager, knows who said what. It allows us to tackle the problems without making them personal.

Do these principles resonate with you? Then let's discuss how we can help.
